1. Who we are
Xuno is the trade name of Involute Inc., a financial technology company registered in the United States. Involute Inc. is a financial technology company, not a bank, and it does not itself hold customer's transfers. Our registered address is 2108 West Clear View Drive, Ellensburg, WA 98926, United States.
2. How Xuno is able to move your money
Involute Inc. d.b.a. Xuno partners with financial services software company Sila Inc. (“Sila”) and Priority Technology Holdings Inc. (“Priority Commerce”), either directly or through its subsidiary Finxera, Inc. (NMLS #1168701) and/or its authorized affiliates, contractors and partners, to offer you electronic fund transfers and provide you with an account. Money transmission connected to your transfers is carried out through these licensed partners under their regulatory authorizations.
3. Verify our partners yourself
Finxera, Inc. is a licensed money transmitter listed in the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) under ID 1168701. You can verify this registration, including the states in which it is licensed, on the official NMLS Consumer Access site at nmlsconsumeraccess.org. Money services businesses operating in the United States are registered with the US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), which maintains a public MSB Registrant Search.
4. Partner banks
Accounts and fund flows connected to Xuno transfers are provided through Priority Commerce's either directly or through its subsidiary Finxera, Inc. and/or its authorized partner banks, including but not limited to Wells Fargo, N.A., Comerica Bank, Axos Bank, and Western Alliance Bank.
5. Compliance program
Xuno and its partners follow US anti-money-laundering rules under the Bank Secrecy Act, including customer identification program requirement (CIP), beneficial ownership verification in accordance with FinCEN requirements, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring. Hence, Customer Due Diligence is mandatory before you can send money. Details of how we collect and protect your information are in our Privacy Policy.
6. Cancellation and refund policy
You may request to cancel a transfer within 30 minutes of creating it, as long as it has not yet been processed or paid out. You can cancel from the platform or by contacting customer support through the channels on our contact page. Cancellation requests may not be honored if the transfer has already been processed and paid out.
If a transfer fails, any amount collected from you that has not been disbursed to the recipient is refunded to your original payment method, less any non-refundable fees, exchange rate adjustments, or third-party costs. Refund timing depends on your bank and payment network.
If you believe there is an error in your transaction, such as an incorrect amount, an unauthorized transfer, or funds that were not delivered, contact us within 60 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and respond in writing, and if an error is confirmed we will take corrective action, which may include refunding the transaction amount and applicable fees.
In addition, every transaction receipt includes a statutory Right to Refund disclosure from our licensed partner Finxera, Inc.: you are entitled to a refund if Finxera does not forward the money received from you, or does not give instructions committing an equivalent amount to your designated recipient, within 10 days of receiving your funds, unless you instructed otherwise. The receipt also explains your right to dispute errors with Finxera within 180 days and lists state-specific complaint channels where applicable.
